Barclays Know Your Customer (KYC) Team Lead/ SME role delivering high‑quality analytical work focused on KYC. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support financial crime prevention and key reporting processes across the function.

You will lead and develop a team, coach colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding Barclays values and risk controls.

Formación

• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Delivering high‑quality analytical work with proven QA scores.
• Advanced financial crime knowledge with recent hands‑on in complex, high‑risk KYC cases.
• Proficiency in Excel, MI reporting, PowerPoint, and producing clear, accurate reports and slides.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team, coordinating work requirements and resources.
• Escalate breaches of policies and embedding new policies due to risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support KYC operations.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical work with strong QA scores and clear reporting.
