ECLERX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a KYC Analyst (Greater China Clients) to join the team in Singapore. You will act as the KYC subject matter expert, overseeing periodic reviews and end-to-end KYC delivery for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with sales, banking and market teams to ensure compliance.

You will support complex due diligence, regulatory requirements, and process improvements while engaging with RMs and front-office colleagues to gather documentation and resolve escalations.

Formación

• 5+ years hands‑on KYC operations in Corporate Banking
• Strong KYC/AML expertise with AML CDD policy knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client-facing data gathering or remediation tasks
• Ability to draft clear KYC summaries and risk justifications
• APAC regulatory knowledge (MAS, HKMA) and private banking PKR exposure

Responsabilidades

• Serve as KYC SME for Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong)
• Collaborate with Client Advisors and Market Team Heads on due diligence
• Own end‑to‑end KYC process including periodic reviews, onboarding, and events
• Support PKR KYC across high‑volume workloads with Singapore FSO
• Review documents, conduct screening, secure approvals from Compliance
• Guide Relationships Managers on KYC requirements and policy rationale
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, quality, and automation
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments
• Track Annual refreshes and other KYC cohorts with coverage teams
• Ensure refresh cases are compliant and complete
