Job summary

Ontra, LLC is seeking a KYC Analyst to join our KYC Team in the UK. You will drive the seamless completion of KYC requests, support onboarding for new customers, and play a key role in launching our KYC services business in EMEA.

Strong organization, PowerPoint skills, and customer-focused approach are essential. We value candidates with 2+ years of KYC or paralegal experience, prior banking or PE exposure, and a desire to grow into more strategic responsibilities within a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and responsive KYC experience.
• Attention to detail for completing a high volume of KYC requests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the brand professionally.
• Growth potential to take on more strategic responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• KYC Request Management: complete requests by gathering documents and communicating with customers and counterparties.
• Customer Onboarding: help onboard new customers by organizing required files and precedents.
• KYC Service Launch: contribute to launching and growing Ontra's KYC services in EMEA.
• Customer Communication: maintain clear, proactive interactions in a fast-paced environment.
