Asset Management

We are seeking a KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to support a large-scale Know Your Client (KYC) project for a leading financial institution. Based in London, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of KYC files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining efficiency and quality in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements:

• Exposure to EU policies, mainly German

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews across various jurisdictions and entity types.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations, addressing any documentation gaps.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers on client servicing, integration, and relationship management during the KYC process.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including Front Office and Compliance teams, to facilitate KYC completion.
• Perform screening checks for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media using third-party tools.
• Maintain high-quality standards in KYC processes while meeting deadlines.

• Experience in Asset Management with a focus on client servicing and relationship management.
• Proven background in KYC, AML, and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
