Experis Austria on behalf of its client, a large global financial services brand, seeks an experienced KYC/AML Manager to oversee international financial crime initiatives. The role is Inside IR35, hybrid with 3 days onsite in London/Sussex, and requires strong project leadership.

You'll lead efforts to close KYC data gaps, develop implementation plans, and deliver merchant refresh strategies to meet regulatory obligations while preserving a seamless merchant experience.

• Operational Excellence, Compliance or related discipline with multi-domain exposure.
• Strong project management and change management experience with urgency.
• Proven analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Support data-gap closure for KYC across Europe, coordinating with business, technology and Compliance.
• Define and plan point-of-state merchant refresh strategies with multiple teams.
• Identify, assess, prioritize and manage risks and issues.
• Oversee project coordination, planning and reporting for leadership.
• Create end-to-end process documentation for new/expanded processes.
• Contribute to leadership presentations with status updates and resolutions.
• Build proactive relationships across 1st and 2nd lines and with external partners.
• Support colleague engagement initiatives.
