Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Infrastructure Engineers to own the platform that trains and serves its AI models. You will run Kubernetes at scale, design cloud infrastructure with GCP, and build the automation that makes infrastructure self-serve for multiple teams worldwide.

Collaborate with research, product, security and safety engineers to scale and migrate infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security and cost efficiency. This remote role offers global flexibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in production at scale.
• Strong GCP design, build and migration experience as an individual contributor.
• Proficient in Python and/or Golang; code-driven infra practices.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-prem, including GPU clusters.
• Set up compute, networking, and access controls for teams as they grow.
• Host and operate data systems used by product teams.
• Build tooling and automation to make infrastructure self-serve across the company.
