Qualifications

• Assist the Company and academic supervisors with project management.
• Develop a pilot project demonstrating a proof of concept.
• Develop a Roadmap and Action Plan as part of a Change Management Program.
• Manage and review the Action Plan.
• Complete Information Technology Readiness Assessments with gap analyses.
• Identify industry standards or certification relative to company goals.
• Assist in research and data analysis techniques.
• Monitor benefits realisation through KPIs.
• Assess risks and maintain an Issues Register.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery under supervision and mentorship.
• Contribute to stage-gated milestones (Manufacturing Planning; SOP Development; Prototype Manufacture; Full-Scale Implementation; Future Factory Preparation).
• Help identify risks and track project benefits using KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and academic partners to advance the KTP program.
