Job description

KSS Deanery BSMS Leadership and Education Fellow

We are offering a leadership and education fellowship position with a commitment of three non-clinical days per week (0.6 FTE, minimum 60%). The role involves leading specified project work and participating in the development programme, including attendance at BSMS for academic modules, Learning Network sessions, and personal study. The schedule for module attendance varies, but it is preferred that Fridays are designated as non-clinical days to ensure all Fellows are available. Additionally, two days per week will be spent working clinically with the hospital at home team, which includes virtual reviews, patient case reviews, home visits, and administrative tasks.
