About the Role:Hays Education is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a dedicated school in Tameside. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS3 SEN Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS3 students with special educational needs.
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning and development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
