Job summary

REESON Education in Havering is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a well‑established team working with KS3 students with ASC, SLD and PMLD. The role focuses on delivering stimulating, work and life skills based lessons to maximise each student’s progress and life opportunities beyond school.

The successful candidate will excel in behavioural management, have a passion for inclusion and be committed to safeguarding in a vibrant SEN environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lessons to students with ASC/SLD/PMLD.
• Experience teaching KS3 in a complex needs setting.
• Ability to deliver a broad, work-and-life skills focused curriculum and assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stimulating lessons to a KS3 class with ASC/SLD/PMLD.
• Maintain strong behaviour management to support learning.
• Track progress through continuous assessment and report to the team.
