Job description

East of England, Essex, Wickford

Temporary, Part-Time

Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored English and Maths tuition to KS3 students
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with school staff to support students' learning
Minimum Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths
  • Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Organisational and time management skills
Additional Information:
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a learner's home or local library
