• Recent experience teaching pupils with special needs including autism and challenging behaviour.
• Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Proven ability to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and lead curriculum development and planning.
• Evidence of effective target-setting to promote student progress.
