Job summary

Twynham Learning is seeking a dynamic Key Stage 3 Co-ordinator of Mathematics to join a high-performing department. You will work with the Director of Mathematics to drive attainment and standards while developing schemes of work and assessment materials for the KS3 curriculum.

The role requires an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven record of strong GCSE outcomes, and a commitment to pedagogical improvement and career progression within a supportive trust environment.

Responsibilities

• To maintain standards of students' attainment and achievement in the curriculum area.
• To develop schemes of work and assessment materials across a specific key stage.
• To monitor and evaluate curriculum and assessment effectiveness in the subject at a specific key stage.
• To lead, manage and develop the support for students within the curriculum area at a specific key stage.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in line with safeguarding policies.
