At GSL Education, we are supporting an SEND school in Exeter (EX4), seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their team on a full-time basis.
The school provides a personalised wrap-around education for students with complex needs or EHCP pupils at risk of residential placements.
Each child receives high levels of support, often including one-to-one assistance and bespoke timetables based on thematic learning experiences. The aim is to engage students, build resilience, and enable rapid academic progress.
The school has multiple settings, and we are seeking candidates willing to work across Key Stages 3 and 4.
These roles are challenging; children may display challenging behaviour, so resilience and commitment are essential.
This role requires a clean UK driving license and own car, which can be used for business purposes.
