Are you an aspiring graduate looking for Teaching Assistant roles in September? Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate individuals to support primary school-aged children.

Position Details

We are working with a reputable school in the Trafford region of Manchester, seeking an ideal candidate to work across Key Stage 2 classrooms. This vacancy has arisen due to staff departure, with potential for permanent placement.

The school has three forms and has achieved an “outstanding” rating by OFSTED. You will join a supportive and experienced team dedicated to providing exceptional education.

Candidate Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field (psychology, early years, etc.)
  • Effective behaviour management skills
  • Nurturing with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Role Responsibilities

Providing academic intervention in English, Maths, and Science, mentoring pupils, supporting the class teacher, and de-escalating challenging situations.
