Job Description:

Wayman Education is working with a vibrant and fun primary school based in Croydon seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS2 Teacher.

Responsibilities of a KS2 Teacher

• Responsible for the pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
• Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and improving weaknesses.
• Develop maths ability and introduce topics such as fractions, statistics, and geometry.
• Help children develop their writing skills by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
• Track children's progress and report back to parents as needed.
