A vibrant and fun primary school based in Newham is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS2 teacher/Leader of Maths starting January 2025.

This fantastic primary school is searching for an outstanding KS2 teacher with the skills and drive to lead Mathematics throughout the entire school from January 2025.

This is a significant position within the school, and the successful applicant will join the school's extended leadership team.

Strong communication and analytical abilities, along with the ability to teach a Year 4 or 5 class, are essential.

Only exceptional, experienced KS2 teachers will be considered for this permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the pastoral care of students, promoting teamwork, and creating a conducive learning environment.
• Teaching the KS2 curriculum, focusing on individual learning targets, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Further developing maths abilities, including fractions, statistics, and geometry.
• Tracking children's progress and reporting to parents as needed.
