You will be working for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across Bexhill-on-sea. Hays Education offers various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools in the Bexhill-on-sea area. These opportunities include permanent, long-term, and daily supply cover. Due to increased demand from local schools, we are seeking experienced primary teachers to fill multiple positions.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible and tailored to your needs and teaching style. Working with Hays Education allows you to choose between full-time or part-time work to fit your commitments. You will have the chance to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large, multi-form entry schools.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a Primary Supply Teacher, you should have qualified teacher status or be in the process of completing your induction year. Recent classroom experience within the last five years and familiarity with recent curriculum changes are essential. You should be a creative and positive teacher, adaptable to new environments, and maintain professionalism at all times. Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting effectively with TAs and staff.
