• QTS and experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create a positive classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve.
• Adapt teaching to meet different abilities and learning needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning.
• Contribute to wider school activities and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice.
