Job summary

Allendale Primary School is seeking a KS2 class teacher for a fixed-term, part-time role (0.4 FTE) from 4 January 2027 to 21 July 2027 to support a temporary increase in workload.

The post requires experience with Special Educational Needs, strong classroom management, and a collaborative approach with colleagues and families. DBS will be required; provision for safeguarding is a priority at Allendale.

Qualifications

• KS2 teaching qualification or status
• Experience meeting various Special Educational Needs including autism, ADHD and social and emotional needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
