Olsen House School in Merseyside seeks a KS2 Class Teacher for Year 5/6 on maternity cover. Open to full-time or four days per week (Mon-Thu). Start date: early November 2026, with induction and support for ECTs.
You will lead a Year 5/6 class, deliver a sequenced curriculum, adapt lessons for diverse learners, and work with IS, EAL and SEN provisions. Strong safeguarding and collaboration with staff are essential.
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN1 Allowance (in line with current pay scales)
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover - FULL-TIME OR 4 DAYS PER WEEK (MONDAY-THURSDAY)
Start: Monday 2nd November 2026, or as soon as possible.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable KS2 Class Teacher to lead a Year 5/6 class on maternity cover for the remainder of the 2026/27 academic year. The vacancy is open to full‑time applicants and candidates seeking a four‑day week (Monday‑Thursday). The role will focus on:
