Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm

Tradewind are looking to appoint a class teacher with subject leadership at a 3 form entry school.

This London-based primary school is looking to appoint a strong Teacher to join their team to teach in KS2 and lead a subject alongside this. This will involve class teacher responsibilities and leading the planning and teaching of a topic subject such as PSHE, RE, History/Geography, or Art.

About the role:

• Lead a subject in KS2
• Monitor student achievement
• Support pupils with SEN needs to meet learning outcomes
• Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
• Work alongside the senior management team
• Understand and implement the school improvement plan
• Attend weekly staff meetings

Requirements:

• Must have UK recognised QTS
• Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the UK within the last 2 years
• Must be available full-time and long-term from September
