PERSON SPECIFICATION – KS2 Teacher

1. Must have UK QTS
2. Has successful experience and skills in teaching in KS2
3. Is strongly committed to working with senior leaders to remove barriers to learning for all children, improve pupil progress, and further raise standards of attainment throughout the school
4. Is a highly motivated and organised practitioner with the highest expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour
5. Is an excellent communicator, with good organisational and interpersonal skills and is able to work effectively as part of a team
