You will be an excellent KS2 teacher, ensuring high standards of learning for all children. You should be creative, empathetic to the needs of individual children, resilient, adaptable, and a team player. This teaching role is suitable for those in the early stages of their career or more experienced teachers seeking a new challenge. Requirements

To be considered for the KS2 Teacher role, you should:

  • Have a commitment, drive, and enthusiasm to achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Be confident teaching Year 3, 4, 5, and/or 6.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate, and support all pupils.
  • Have strong behaviour management strategies.
  • Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a good team player, able to work collaboratively, use your initiative, and perform well under pressure.
