Job Title: KS2 Teacher
Location: Immingham
Pay Rate: £130 to £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education that caters to the diverse needs of pupils. Your dedication will help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities of the KS2 Teacher:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the specific needs of KS2 pupils.
  • Develop a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, implementing effective differentiation and intervention strategies.
  • Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to engage pupils and enhance their learning experiences.
  • Foster positive behaviour management strategies to encourage student engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, participating in staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and school initiatives.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching KS2 pupils.
  • Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods for KS2 pupils.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
  • Show a commitment to raising pupil attainment through innovative and differentiated teaching strategies.
  • Have experience working with pupils of varying abilities.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Be available full-time and eager to contribute to school life.
  • Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
