Teach Plus in Edgware is seeking a confident KS2 Teacher to join a friendly primary school team. The role is full-time with an ASAP start and involves delivering engaging KS2 lessons and building strong relationships with pupils.

You will follow the Primary National Curriculum, differentiate for a range of abilities, manage behaviour to high standards, assess progress, and collaborate with teaching assistants. Experience with SEN support and a genuine commitment to inclusive education are valued.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualification.
  • Primary KS2 experience and knowledge of KS2 National Curriculum.
  • Ability to differentiate effectively and manage behaviour.

About the role and school

Teach Plus are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Edgware that is looking for an enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team.

The school is seeking a confident KS2 Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, establish strong relationships with pupils and create a positive classroom environment. The successful candidate will be joining a school that values teamwork, high expectations and inclusive teaching.

This role would suit an experienced KS2 Teacher or an ECT looking for a supportive school where they can develop their practice. There is also a strong focus on ensuring pupils with additional needs are appropriately supported within the classroom.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications/Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualification

  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to differentiate effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Reliable, adaptable and committed
