Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher looking to join our primary school provinces? GSL Education Lincolnshire are seeking a dynamic educator to inspire young learners and contribute to a thriving primary team in Barton to start immediately.

It is noteworthy that applications from ECTs (Early Career Teachers) and OTTs (Overseas Trained Teachers) are being highly encouraged by GSL Education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring KS2 Teacher to bring their creativity, knowledge, and commitment to the classroom, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have prior work experience (or teacher training placements) being employed as a thriving KS2 Teacher.
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching.
  • Have high expectations and inspire children to achieve their best.
  • Be able to motivate and engage pupils, staff, parents, and governors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life.
  • Have experience managing classroom behaviour, including supporting pupils with SEMH needs and autism.
  • Be resilient, adaptable, and committed to raising educational standards.
  • Foster a learning environment where children feel challenged, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Successful candidates must have:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with degree-level qualification, such as a PGCE in Primary Education; or equivalent qualifications.
  • A proven track record of raising standards across the curriculum.
  • Experience in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment for pupils with diverse needs.
  • A strong background in implementing effective classroom management strategies.
  • A child workforce, enhanced DBS certificate in hard copy. (If your DBS is not subscribed to the Update Service, a new application is mandatory; GSL Education facilitates DBS applications via uCheck.)
