Job Title: KS2 Teacher
Location: Aylesbury
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm
Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)

A thriving and supportive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a KS2 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team from January 2026. The successful candidate will take on a Year 5 class, delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Differentiate teaching to support SEN, EAL, and higher-ability pupils
  • Prepare pupils for upper KS2 SATs and develop independent learning skills
  • Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress effectively
  • Contribute to whole-school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities
