Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a qualified KS2 Primary Supply Teacher to work across Huntingdon and surrounding areas. You will cover classes across the primary range, with flexible day-by-day/weekly planning and support from Teaching Assistants where available.

Hours are typically 8:15am to 15:30pm, with guaranteed work options discussed on request. Commitment to safeguarding and meeting DBS requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Confident approach to behaviour management.
• Provide two positive references to support recent teaching work.
• Able to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KS2 lessons across the primary range.
• Teach flexibly to cover days and year groups as requested.

Job description

Are you a qualified Key stage two Primary Teacher with QTS looking for flexible work?

Vision for Education are recruiting KS2 Primary Supply Teachers to work in Huntingdon and the surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates who are flexible with teaching children across the primary range. We work with many schools in and around March and strive to find you work that is as close to home as possible.

Hours of work are usually between 8:15am and 15:30pm. The primary schoolswe work with are inclusive, friendly and supportive places of work with Teaching Assistants often in place to support children within the class who have additional needs.

If you have a preference on which days you want to work each week, or which year groups you want to cover, please just let us know and we can make sure to find you work that meets your requirements.

Guaranteed work contracts can be discussed for those that are looking for income stabilty (subject to availability).

Key Stage 2 Primary Supply Teacher Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS2 Primary Supply Teacher you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Have a confident approach to behaviour management
• Be able to provide full enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply for one through Vision for Education
• Be able to provide two positive references to support your recent work as a teacher

Salary is dependent on experience, training and/or qualifications.
