Job description

You will be working with Hays Education, who are one of the largest recruitment agencies working within primary schools in Rugby and surrounding villages.

We are currently recruiting KS2 specialist teachers and can cover a variety of year groups on an ad hoc basis or something long-term. If you would also like to teach KS1, then great, please don't worry if your preference is KS2 only.

Your new role

If you do need to plan, then you will be paid to scale for this. You will have the responsibility of teaching the class. Plans will be available from their class teacher, please deliver them based on the plans given, mark all books as per policy and provide feedback where relevant.

Observing behaviour and ensuring all children are following the behavioural policy and any other issues to be reported back to the teacher - any safeguarding issues please report to the on-duty DSL. You may be supporting different schools on a day-to-day, ad hoc basis or, and if this is your preferred choice, you will be working at the same school on a long-term basis, either full-time or part-time.

Remember, working on supply is completely flexible and can work around your other commitments.
