Overview

KS2 SEND Teacher - Primary

Start date: ASAP

Salary: MPS1 - MPS6 (depending on experience)

Location: North West London

The Role

SANZA Teaching (Tradewind's sister agency) are working with an exceptional, creative, and forward-thinking SEND school in North West London that is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 SEND Teacher to join their team.

This is a truly inspiring environment for a Primary-trained teacher who loves working within SEND and wants to be part of a setting where learning is creative, holistic, and joyful.

You'll lead a small, close-knit KS2 class of 8 pupils. The class is well-supported by experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, and the school's leadership team is deeply committed to collaboration and staff wellbeing.

The children have a range of learning profiles, including autism, communication and interaction needs, and mild to moderate learning differences. Your role will be to bring learning to life - creating imaginative lessons that blend academic learning with creativity, movement, and exploration.

This isn't a role bound by rigid routines; it's a chance to teach with freedom, imagination, and impact, helping pupils grow in confidence, independence, and joy.

About the School

This is a modern, inclusive, and truly inspiring SEND school that celebrates individuality and curiosity. The staff team are passionate, nurturing, and endlessly creative - making this a wonderful place to teach and learn.

The curriculum is holistic and multi-sensory, combining literacy, numeracy and topic learning with art, music, outdoor learning, and therapy-led enrichment. Every day is different - and every child is celebrated for who they are.

Teachers are supported with ongoing CPD, excellent resources, and a leadership team that champions innovation and professional growth. It's the kind of school where you'll love coming to work.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS essential) with a passion for SEND
  • Creative, adaptable, and positive in approach
  • Able to plan engaging, hands-on lessons that support all learners
  • Enthusiastic about holistic education and child-centred teaching
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment

If you're a teacher who believes that learning should be fun, purposeful, and inclusive, and you want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking SEND school, we'd love to hear from you.
