Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Primary Teacher to support KS2 pupils at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Stockton. The role is on a day-to-day basis from September, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Primary Curriculum and maintaining excellent classroom management.

The successful candidate will have QTS (ECTs welcome), UK primary teaching experience, and a flexible, positive approach. PAYE payroll and dedicated consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• QTS with UK primary teaching experience
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Excellent classroom management

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum
• Maintain strong classroom management
• Provide a positive learning environment for pupils
• Support KS2 classes on a day‑to‑day basis as required
