Key Stage 2 Teacher

Location: Brent, North West London
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London Pay Scale)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

SANZA Teaching Agency (part of the Tradewind Recruitment family) is delighted to be working with a high-achieving and well-respected primary school in the heart of Brent. The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join its team from September 2025.

As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Plan and assess effectively to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Contribute to a broad and creative curriculum tailored to the needs of a diverse school community.
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic teaching team to share ideas and best practice.

This is a full-time class teacher position with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in a London or similarly diverse setting.
  • Demonstrates high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
  • Is creative, reflective, and adaptable in their teaching practice.
  • Brings a strong commitment to inclusive education and the school's values.
  • Is a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
