Job summary

Responsibilities

• KS2 Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Core Subject Teaching: Develop English, mathematics, science and related skills.
• Differentiated Teaching: Adapt lessons for varying abilities and needs.
• Assessment & Feedback: Monitor progress and give constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Maintain high expectations and positive routines.
• SEND & Intervention Support: Identify gaps and arrange appropriate interventions.
• Personal Development: Promote independence, resilience, and collaboration.
