Academics is currently supporting a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Colchester in their search for a dedicated KS2 Primary Teacher to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025. This role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers, with TLRs available for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Position: KS2 Primary Teacher
• Location: Colchester, Essex
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Full-time & Permanent
• Year Group: Flexible (Years 3-6 depending on experience and preference)
• Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 (with TLRs available for subject leadership)

What We're Looking For:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Secure knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and positive approach to school life
• A passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and fostering pupil progress
