Job summary

Complete Classroom Services Ltd is recruiting a PPA Teacher / Experienced Cover Supervisor for a primary school. The role is four days per week, 8:15am-3:30pm, with an immediate start, predominantly across KS2 to maintain learning continuity.

The ideal applicant has QTS or relevant Cover Supervisor experience, strong classroom management and communication skills, and a readiness to work across year groups in a safeguarding-focused environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• A qualified teacher with QTS, or an experienced Cover Supervisor with relevant classroom experience.
• Experience teaching or leading classes in a primary school, ideally KS2.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible, organised approach and confidence across year groups.
• Availability to work four days per week and start next week.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
• Right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced child workforce DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons during teachers' planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time.
• Work mainly across KS2, maintaining continuity in pupils' learning.
• Keep pupils engaged through clear instructions and an encouraging approach.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Adapt activities to meet different learning needs.
• Provide feedback to class teachers on learning, progress and any concerns.
