A brilliant primary school in South Bristol is on the lookout for a committed and capable KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September. You’ll be supporting pupils across Year 3-6, with a focus on positive behaviour management and emotional regulation.
This is a role where your presence really matters, helping children stay focused, feel safe, and build trust in themselves and the adults around them.
Supporting individual pupils and small groups in class
Helping children stay on task and manage behaviour positively
Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team to put strategies in place
Encouraging resilience, confidence, and independent learning
Experience working in KS2 settings (desirable)
Strong behaviour management skills—calm, consistent, and clear
A warm, confident approach to building relationships
Someone proactive and patient, with a good sense of humour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
