Overview

Key Stage 2 & 3 Teacher 0.4 Contract (2 days per week) MPS/UPS. Woodfield Academy joined the Bordesley MAT from Easter 2022. We work closely with Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School and Holyoaks First School in a localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. Working together as part of the three-tier system we aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community. Woodfield Academy sits at the heart of Redditch with extensive facilities including two science labs, a technology block with cooking and resistant materials equipment, a library, a gym, a main hall with staging for performances, 2 ICT suites and a full-size Astro-turf pitch.

We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who enjoys the buzz of teaching and a varied timetable. This is a unique role to teach across a range of subjects in both KS2 and KS3. The post may suit a key stage specialist with a passion for teaching or a KS2 teacher looking to expand into KS3. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-looking academy and to be part of a team aiming to become a leading educational establishment within Worcestershire.
