As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with under-achieving pupils, providing tailored support to help them catch up and reach their full potential. You will assist with both 1:1 and small group interventions, working under the guidance of class teachers to reinforce learning, improve outcomes, and boost confidence.
