Salary: MPS1-MPS2 (Dependent on experience)

A welcoming and diverse two-form entry primary school in Thornton Heath, Croydon, is seeking a dedicated KS2 ECT to join this November. The school prides itself on its nurturing ethos, commitment to inclusion, and strong community spirit.

You\'ll be supported by an experienced mentor, Senior Leadership Team, and SENCo, ensuring you receive the guidance and professional development needed to make a confident start to your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, support staff, and subject leaders.
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - suitable for ECTs in their 1st or 2nd year of induction.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning in KS2.
