Job summary

St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, is seeking an enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher for maternity cover starting February 2027 for up to a year. The post is full-time (FTE 1.0) and pays on the M1–M6 scale, dependent on experience.

The school, part of the St. Mark’s hub of All Saints Catholic Academy Trust, welcomes visits to arrange a tour of the modern facilities and to learn more about collaborative leadership and a thriving Catholic education community.

St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to join our friendly school team as maternity cover, starting in February 2027 for a period of up to a year.

St Albert the Great Catholic Primary School is situated in Dacorum Borough of South-West Hertfordshire, in a modern, accessible building with extensive outdoor facilities, including a MUGA and woodland area which provides Forest School learning. The school is led by an Executive Senior Team, who also have responsibility for St. Thomas More Catholic Primary School in Berkhamsted, and both schools work closely together under their leadership.

Working Hours: Full time (FTE 1.0)

Teachers Pay Scale: M1 - M6, dependent on experience
