Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a safe, organized, and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and celebrates pupils’ achievements.
• Take responsibility for the progress of all pupils in the class.
• Set clear learning targets based on prior attainment, ensuring pupils understand the purpose of their tasks.
• Adhere to all school safeguarding policies and procedures, supporting the school's aims, ethos, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
