Full-Time KS2 ECT – Lichfield – September Start
Smile Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Lichfield to recruit a full-time Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a Key Stage 2 class, starting this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT to join a supportive school environment and take on full classroom responsibilities. About the Role:
  • Planning and delivering effective and engaging lesson plans to the whole class.
  • Adapting lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet and support all children’s learning needs and abilities.
  • Managing and supervising classroom behaviour following the schools’ policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a strong, positive parent partnership.
  • Completing reports and assessments focusing on children’s individual learning and development.
  • Providing clear, effective feedback and marking to learners and their families.
  • Creating a positive learning environment for all and ensuring strong, professional relationships.
