KS2 Class Teacher | September 2025

Location: Maidenhead

Full-time, 5 days per week

Salary: M1 Fringe - UPS3 Fringe

Are you a confident, inspiring KS2 Class Teacher looking for a new role this September? If so, we want to hear from you today!

Teach Plus is currently working with a vibrant, 'Good' primary school in Maidenhead that has a 1-form entry. They are seeking a KS2 Class Teacher to join from September 2025 on an ongoing/permanent basis.

Additional responsibilities such as Maths or Curriculum Lead can be offered for the right candidate.

The school offers a holistic, well-rounded approach to education, with excellent outdoor facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool, large playing fields, and a forest school.

As a KS2 Class Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

1. Taking on full KS2 Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking, and assessments.
2. Planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
3. Maintaining consistent relationships with parents regarding their child's academic progress.
4. Attending meetings and INSET days to support the school's internal development.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
2. Recent class teaching experience, either through student placements or managing your own class.
3. A strong work ethic and willingness to commit until the end of the academic year.
4. A UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS.
5. Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
6. The right to work in the UK.
