*** Academic support across the KS2 National Curriculum

The Role
As a KS2 Academic Coach, you'll work with pupils across Years 3 to 6, delivering 1:1 and small group academic interventions in core subjects. You’ll help close learning gaps, boost confidence, and prepare pupils for SATs. Working closely with class teachers, you’ll adapt materials, monitor progress, and support classroom routines to keep learning on track.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You should be confident working with children aged 7–11 and able to explain concepts clearly and simply. Previous experience working with young people—whether in a school, tutoring or mentoring role—is highly desirable. This role is ideal for anyone considering primary teaching.
