Job summary

Simply Education Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Year 1/2 class teacher to join an infant school in Wellingborough on an ASAP basis. You will create a positive learning environment, build strong pupil relationships, and support children’s confidence.

Responsibilities include teaching a KS1 class, planning engaging lessons, tracking progress, and collaborating with staff to support the wider school community. This is a full‑time role in a welcoming school.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Primary teaching experience.
• Experience teaching KS1.
• Confident, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Builds positive relationships with children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach a Year 1 or Year 2 class.
