SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant for a friendly, one-form entry primary school in Enfield. This is a full-time role supporting teachers in Key Stage 1, helping pupils develop early reading, writing and maths skills and fostering confident, independent learners.

You’ll work across the class, in small groups and one-to-one settings, with ongoing consultant support from SANZA to ensure a smooth placement and professional development in a close-knit school

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Strong communication skills and a patient approach.

You’ll play an important part in helping pupils develop their early reading, writing and maths skills, while encouraging them to become confident and independent learners.

The role will involve:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.


• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed.


• Helping pupils with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy activities.


• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and participation.


• Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and daily activities.
