Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a committed KS1 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Enfield, North London. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with PAYE pay rates of 95-105 per day.

You will support pupils across Key Stage 1, reinforce literacy and numeracy, and help develop confidence and communication in a positive learning environment under the guidance of experienced teachers.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Enfield that is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join its KS1 team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school community, working alongside experienced teachers to help children develop their confidence, independence and essential early learning skills.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 with their daily learning.
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce literacy and numeracy.
• Helping children develop their confidence, communication and social skills.
• Supporting classroom routines and creating a positive learning environment.
• Working closely with the class teacher to ensure every child receives the support they need.

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach.
