Job summary

The Education Network North is working with a school in Crook to recruit a qualified Teaching Assistant with a KS1 background. The successful candidate will have recent experience supporting children in Early Years/KS1 and can work in a school or care environment.

• Recent experience of supporting children in Early Years/KS1.
• Experience in a school or care environment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support children in KS1 classrooms and activities.
• Assist teachers with daily tasks and create a positive learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.

Our Durham office works specifically with schools across Durham and as well as this position the Education network have a number of day to day and long term supply assignments.
