Job Title: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Bradford
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Start Date:ASAP
The Education Network is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young children in their early education journey and looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

About the Role: As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 (ages 4–7), assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting learning through targeted interventions and small group work
  • Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
  • Helping to prepare learning resources and displays
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN
  • Encouraging social and emotional development through play and structured activities
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a KS1 setting (school-based or voluntary placements considered)
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
